Cost Down? Not really at all.....
Actuallty, costs is not always the only purpose for a multinational corporation to consider outsourcing their operation to an outsourcer. Indeed, there are many reasons and purposes behind it as per my knowledge.... and the most surface one is always the costs, this is always the money talk issue, as said there are lots of purposes for it e.g. Building a Special Task Force...., sometimes bypass the clumsy budget cycle and process ....
While the 2.0 generation is approaching, hope all of us already can understand more about the rules of these kind of games by the time, and then we all should be able to deal with all kind of situation in a more manageable way and able to maximize yours operation efficieny to entertain your targeted clients' requests, simultaneously you get a better understanding in the rules of the game they are using to tackle with you, then you will WIN MORe $$$$$$$$$$!
Congratualtion, if you got some feeling instantly after having read the aforesaid sentences, At least you now aware of somemore about the basic stuff of call center (or i am trying to call it Multimedia Marketing Centre - XXXXX, or - Call Center, Telemarketing Center, Telesales Center, - Support Center)
Why outsourcing? My experience tells me this:
Most importantly is the performance and the entire effectiveness, ultimately, the bottomline of the operation...
A corporate marketing or management man or woman, should always have this in mind , " If the outsourcer can do the best on it, why not let them do it and you yourself, just focus and do the best of yourself, and intergrated the other's best stuff to your pipe line and create the chemistry and added- to it."
sometimes, most of the outsourcers are not smart enough, please all fellow industry players and investors not be offended by this cmment, this is my personal observation in the past years, ..., they only know part of their business nature at all... like I kep asking people, do you know what business you are in? The answer is always call center, and seldom of them can tell me that they are in Telemarketing or telesales business, or Call Center facilitors..., well, there is a way to identify if the outsourcers are professional and good , just simply look at their quotation sending to you and you will definitely know, if you are smart enough... haha!
So, you just dig their best at their best price and create your own ... that's what i call business gameplay!
In our circle, there are always black sheeps around us.... , Sometimes, pretend to be a Black sheep is a good experimental experience, and you will know why they are black sheep...and you udnerstand more about the pros and cons and risks in the entire pipe line. Then people will respect you more and your experience.... and you now, can understand the world much better.... and you will definitely enjoy the fun of the world and the fun of people....
Well, back to the "nature adn fundamental" , must understand who we are, what we are, where we are and why we are here and there...
If you can always ask these questions yourself, you are always able to rejunvenate yourself always too...., Honestly, I do not like to use the words, review yourself, I like this indeed, rejuvenate ! let's recharge and rejuvenate ourselves all together!
