Key Business Success P Factors

"Ps" Succss Factors..

Recently, I read our chairman blog about his 5PD theory,  and I do have my 7Ps theory  for yours to share and brainstorm....

Product,  Place, Package,  Platform, Promotion, Price, People,   ...  

These are the first 7ps that derived from my EMBA experience,  as you may know I am still taking my EMBA class in the Social University currently,  its has been 20 over years since I first take the class... I still don't even knwo when I will be able to finish my study...

Most of you know , when we first study our marketing course,  there are only 4Ps, and I have 3 Ps more... haha  , indeed,  mine is a 10Ps theory...

When we think of a business!

we all need to think of the followings first:

What is our "Products", 
Where to Sell/ Where is the market? "  "Place"
What should be the "Price?"
How to Sell? "Promotion"

Then I found thats not good enough at all thorugh my past years of experiences gained from teh fierce business processes....

So, I found we need to address few more Ps factors...

In the whole process,  we need to involve lots of human input and talents in order to close sales and deals... and so,  "People needs to be in one of the key "P" factors. 
now, we have 2 groups of people, and they are our customers as said in my previous blog under "Talents"  needs to take care !
External People - Who is the targeted customer,   " First Group of People - "
and the Internal Customer , our  Working Teams " Sales Persons, Operational teams etc... "

then with the emerging of business environment,  there are more than thousands of ways to doing the promotions,  internet platform,  Walk-man sales,  Raodshows and Event selling etc....  then we need to pack the "Platform" as one key factor too...

Then suddenly people realize the power of TeleSales , in fact that is being influenced by the DRTV business in early 90's....that's I called the first generation of Call Center...and also,  the secret success formula of Direct Marketing approach...  that's I called Packaging ...  why???

We started having bundling sales,  cross selling, and up-selling... that's the success formula of making money from DR Marketing.... 

So,  we have 7 Ps now...
