Recently I had a meetings with James and Mike from CCCMM and the team, we shared and updated each other about the developement and progress of projects...
We talked about the standard and terminlogy of the terms and words of the undustry... and found that there are a huge gap in the understanding and interpretation of some of the words and its usage and application...
I started worrying.... cause it would hinder the development and growth of the industry and market.. If we cannot have a understanding and definition which are well connected and agreed with the international market, that means that we are still not able to be one of the key partners in this Telemarketing and BPO industry, cause we talk differently, and we are not able to be able to fully compitible, that all because of the different in common understanding and translation of terms and applications.. Like, we debated among ourselves about the meanings of industry, business and fields, and trade... haha... very interesting, end of the chat, of course I win their concurrence on my interpretation , cause I am from overseas and having served MNC clients for more than 20+ years..
However, I am glad to hear from James and Mike that they would like to sped with me more effort and resources to develope a dictionary system to address this issue...May I call for support from every of you, Let's every of us work together and throw out questions adn input if I am going to develop this dictionary for the entire market...
