本人姓名XXX 现就职于大连软件园的一家大型外资企业
主做CALL CENTRE2年
我现在就给大家揭秘CALL CENRE这份工作,首先大部分的CALL CENRE职位局限于一线接电话的。也就是说不管你是哪国家的多好大学啥专业毕业的 来CALL CENTRE工作都得老老实实先接电话。而且要倒班 甚至是大部分时间上夜班。因为大部分大连的callcentre业务都是服务欧美的。而工资完全低的可怜到了极点。HP ACCENTURE这种所谓相对工资高的公司 顶多一个月给你3K。基本属于技工工资水平。比大连出租车司机相对工资还低。
奉劝广大海龟吧目标放远。不要听猎头忽悠。 猎头都是为了赚钱的。把你忽悠去签了劳动合同 他们就走人了。 大家要慎重~~~~~~~~~
很多公司只是为了满足自己的业务需要不不顾你个人发展的前景。
永远不要相信猎头公司的荒野与吹嘘。

i think we are talking about talent management right? most of the company that i have spoken with always start talking about the benefits, career development etc... i just wonder did anyone actually gone out of the top office and talk to their staff on a one on one basis and ask them what really matter to them or that they want.

in many situations, it’s a matter of "different stroke for different folks". being “talent” - i think we cannot approach them with a “one size” fits all!
talents must be managed on an individual basis and it's the understanding their respective aspirations that matters most of them. remember the maslow law of hierarchy – offer the right stuff to the right staff!

Hi Andy, glad to see your comment and input to all of us! It should enlightening up lots of our mind.

In short, I am totally sharing the same mind as yours, referring to my earlier article about internal and external customer... if we all belief that staffing are all treated as our internal customers, then we can always apply the 1 2 1 marketing approach to serve them and understand their needs and expectation....its then become a personalized approach, by doing so, we should able to understand much better our staffs and their different expectation... the treasure behind will then definitely discover by us...

However, its always been the challenge and most of the time, I would like to use the word "fears", to those people who manage people, sometimes it might be because of the company direction, but most of the time the blockage is with the immediate management level...

I guess you should have those experience too...

no, i do not agree with your point, this is the voices we need to listen and address! that's why i keep talking about talent! yesterday, i had a lunch meeting with few friends in guangzhou here, we talked about how is the market going and how to keep a good stuff... and make it become the company true asset...

fringe benefits, care about their future and career path!

there are lots of people in china, and most imporantly, a lot of them is "good people"
