cigna insurance应该就是信诺保险吧,保险行业在呼叫中心的运用及外包方面还是比较早的。以下为blog主人的回复: yes, you are right.... they have been in the market for 20 over years if I am not wrong.... and one of my earliest clients in Lawsons days... haha....but they are not running on a professional call center platform... |
