In my opinion , "IT" guys should use IT to systematically structure and re-organize complication rather than to create more complication...indeed, itnsimplifies processes, streamline processes, locks the relation n conditional factors, n ultimately produce straight result.
我个人意见认为IT人应该反其道而行,要充分利用IT技术来系统化地组织及重组所有数据, 要简化及优化所有流程,紧扣及记录下所有关联的数据。 以最有效益的方法计算出期待的结果!
