Well, today possible be an english day!

I have something to share again...
1.  What is 'Less"?,   "Less" is more!  非同小可!
-   In the IT business world,  there was a fierce revolution which influenced and affected a lot of giant players.... even like IBM, Sun....etc... Which i observed it as a milestone to microsoft too... the DOS platform migration to WINDOWS... And Personal Computer (PC) becomes the major hardware system in the market place..till now.

 This is well-known as Hardware "down-sizing and thin client concept!  And this is what I would like to share with all of you, LESS IS MORE.

In the coming Call Center 2.0 generation,  IP technology driing the e-volution very fast and constructive here again as what that happened to computer hardware too.... Main down sized to ...small box...

2.  Big may be beautiful,  but the future is small and compact!  小型多点中心将取代庞然巨中心是将来趋势
- As per the aforesaid,  everything is downsizing,  now we can easily buy a 1-T movable harddisk at about RMB 1000 roughly,  of which might costed us RMB millions of dollars in early 80's or 90'S.  So,  all hardware vendors and manufacturers are all aiming at that direction,  that saves lots of costs... Performance wise,  its small but much well performing than the big piece of l....

So, do thee "CallCenter" moving towards the same direction?   my answer is yes to all questions. 
With the fast developing IP and telecommunication communication in additioanl to the computer hardware development ,   the 1-to-multiple call center modelling should come soon in very future future and I myself strongly moving and recommending that directions to all players in the market...

Needless to discuss the reasons here.... that's the future of the center format...
