工作职责： (PacificNet职位)
1、负责集团呼叫中心市场运作及市场管理，合理调配客服、座席资源。
2、负责提升客户服务中心的运营能力，监控运营质量，建立与客户的良好关系，并通过呼叫中心业务监督质量规范，密切关注客户需求变化。
3、设计各项目的整体实施方案。
4、良好的中英文沟通能力。
5、能够承受一定的工作压力。
任职条件：
1、通讯、工商管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
2、3年以上呼叫中心管理运营经验。
3、精通电信增值业务知识。
4、熟悉通讯行业服务特点、呼叫中心业务规程。
5、较强的全局观念、敏感度与分析能力。
6、工作地点为北京、深圳、香港，并不定期外派美国。
