职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Call back to customers who have purchased Englishtown product
2.Deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone Englishtown service to
customers
3.Effectively communicate with customers regarding resolution of queries and
complaints to educate the customer and ensure customer service levels are
maintained and exceeded
4.Explore new business opportunity through outbound calls and cross-selling
Requirements:
1.College degree or above
2.Minimum 1 years’ relevant CR experience, in Call Center is nicer
3.Strong customer service orientation, outgoing personality, good communication
and interpersonal skills, can work under pressure
4.Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application
software
5.Can work on shift schedule
职位职责： 1.对来电客户进行回访
2.保持与客户的紧密联系，了解客户的学习情况和等级
3.发展现有学员成为长期客户
4.接受客户投诉，记录并反馈客户投诉相关问题
职位要求： 1.大专以上学历
2.至少一年以上相关客服工作经验，呼叫中心佳
3.声音甜美、口齿清晰，普通话标准，反应敏捷，具备良好的语言表达及沟通能力
4.能在压力下工作
5.具备一定的英文听说能力，能熟练进行中英文打字、可熟练操作计算机
6.工作认真，踏实有责任心，可适应倒班的工作时间
