职位名称:呼叫中心项目经理 (1名)
工作地点:北京市
职位描述:
1) Assist Project Manager to manage the daily operation and task implementation;
2) Lead team leaders to oversee the daily operation with a focus on motivating
staff to meet/exceed daily preset objectives, quality standards and productivity
metrics;
3) Make sure a smooth daily operation is in place and proactively provide
improvement solutions to further enhance the overall operation;
4) Provide professional coaching to all members on a regular basis with detail
action plan for performance improvement;
5) Prepare, analyze management reports and provide workable solutions;
6) Plan, do & review the quality control guidelines and provide optimize suggestions
according to project progress;
任职条件:
1) High diploma or above, University graduate is preferred;
2) 3+ years relevant call center experience, including 2+ years supervisory
experience in a large organization;
3) Excellent management skills, including planning, motivation, problem solving,
people management & finance management etc.;
4) Detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines and ability to
work well with others;
5) Positive, organize, responsible with good interpersonal skills
6) Proactive, independent, hard working, creative, self-motivated and persistent
7) Strong verbal and written communication skills;
8) Good PC knowledge
