职位描述:
负责客服中心的管理和协调工作;
按照业务要求建立和完善客户服务制度及流程,并监督执行;
监管客服人员的工作,确保高效高质量的服务;
负责提供客服中心的服务资料和标准,并负责更新和维护;
负责客服人员的培训和考核工作,并提供相关资料;
负责定期报告客服工作和变动情况;
建立和优化客户数据;
及时处理客户服务工作中的各种问题;
协助运营经理处理突发事件。
任职条件:
本科以上学历,管理、市场或相关专业;
3年以上呼叫中心管理工作经验;
熟悉汽车服务行业优先;
良好的中英文沟通和读写能力;
有很好的团队精神和领导才能;
能主动承担工作,并有很强的独立工作能力;
熟悉MIS、ERP和CRM;
有很好的学习能力;
熟练应用计算机和互联网。
