Responsibilities
Development and delivery of staff training in the Call Centre, both off-line and “on the job”, as well as leading a team or teams on a day-to-day basis ensuring daily, weekly and monthly targets and benchmarks are met,
from both a financial and service delivery perspective.
Overall responsibilities for the call centre operations, travel reservations, collections
, cashflow management, collection delinquency indicators, service levels and
complaints resolutions.
Work with team members to ensure that skills and knowledge training and
development is delivered in an on-going, measurable and consultative manner.
Participate in strategic planning and forecasting
Monitor and Drive the Quality Assurance programme
Oversee participation in global call centre initiatives such as Top Guide and Global
Guide.
Effective communication of sales results, process development, technology
deployment, organisational change information and general RCI business issues
to all team members.
Cultivate a team work environment and provide all members of the team the
opportunity to influence the work environment and the results of the team and
organisation through a structured communication process.
Support the management team and operations as a whole through subject matter
expertise as required, achieving all Sales Centre objectives.
任职条件: Requirements:
Bachelor Degree, finance related skills preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader or Manager
Proven track record as a facilitator of a Call Centre or relevant business nature
Dynamic Leadership skills
Sales Management Skills with a strong customer focus
Able to work under pressure and deadlines
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Those with staffing experience have an added advantage
MS Office skills
