职位描述:
Provide leadership to all staffs in Call Center with a strong focus on service
excellence, customer, and people.
Maintain high team spirit and staff satisfaction.
Lead and coordinate Call Center resources to timely support new business
initiatives.
Plan and budget for Call Center resources and expenses and manage to deliver
as per established service standards set by management and within budget.
Establish and execute hiring and training plans to develop and enhance skills of all
Call Center staff.
Establish and execute plans to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ensure Call Center’s full compliance to information security requirements.
Manage relationship with other departments to ensure timely problem / complaint
resolution and seek continuous product / service improvements.
Job responsibilities may extend to include management of Customer Corresponden
ce, handling customer emails, write-in, fax-in inquiries, complaints etc.
任职条件:
3 years relevant call center experience, including at least 1 year Supervisory
experience
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Strong supplier/vendor management skills, including planning, negotiation,
presentation, project management, people management, finance management etc.
Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate staffs to deliver superior customer
services.
Excellent problem and complaint resolution skills and can take challenges.
Excellent skills in organizing and conducting training.
Independent, hard working, creative, customer focus, self-motivated and persistent.
