职位描述：
Job description: 
- Manage Printing, DM fulfillment and Call center operation. 
- In charge of the negotiation and contracts with suppliers. 
- Manage the available resources to make sure that project can be accomplished on time. 
- Responsible for the efficiet communication with internal clients and suppliers. 
- Control fulfillment cost and service quality. 

Requirements: 
- College education or above 
- Careful, reliable and solution oriented 
- Be able to work effciently under pressure 
- 5+ years working experience, with at least two years in call center industry 
- Printing related knowledge or Telecom experience is a plus
