Sales Manager
Job Description: -Exploring business opportunities in PRC domestic market;
-Enhancing Sykes PRC marketing and sales Capability;
-Working with US sales team or APAC Headquarters to generate more business
Requirements:
-B.A. from four-year college or university.
-Previous Sales experience in the telecom or IT sectors in China, Call Center
Experience is a strong advantage;
-Experience working with international companies
-Strong presentation skills
-Strong English Skills (speaking, writing, presenting);
-trong selling skills (i.e. questioning techniques, insight, relationship management,
negotiating/closing)
Computer skills( MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
-Good understanding of Telephony and call center environment preferred
Account Manager/Callcenter

Main accountabilities: To develop individuals with high performance, customer focused service-oriented outlook and committed to deliver superior business results.
To promote Client Relationship via competitive client and business management
and exceed client’s expectations.
To adhere to some set of defined and agreed Client Service Level Standards
To ensure systems/technologies/infrastructure are at high level of reliability,
sufficient to enable delivery of business goals.
To provide excellent support to the Management Team.
Knowledge and Experience Requirement: University Degree or the equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in working with customers of varied technical knowledge
and business needs,
supervisory experience an advantage
Technical or specific skills (e.g. technical, computer)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Excellent/proven technical skills and knowledge
Strong Customer Service Orientation
Proven leadership abilityMain accountabilities:
客户服务主管(Account Supervisor) 本科以上学历
熟悉呼叫中心运营,具有二年以上的呼叫中心管理经验
良好的英语听说读写能力
具备良好的团队合做精神,能适应压力下的工作
主要职责: 管理团队的日常运营
引导小组完成并达到客户的要求
确保小组成员遵守相关的流程和规定
推动小组的持续改进
安排小组成员的日常排班
监督小组成员的日常工作状态并加以指导。
定期开展小组会议回顾小组工作状况
