Job Responsibilities: --To provide assistance to customers’ analytical instrument(Gas Chromatograph , Liquid Chromatograph, Mass-Spectrometor etc.) and related instrument’s chemstation operational queries.
--Answer customers telephone calls, log and qualify the nature of the inquiries and
fulfill on line or transfer it to the appropriate owner
--Maintain customer information database by updating and creating new entries to
reflect customer information.
--Answer customer’s simple repetitive product usage questions
--Maintain and expand knowledge of products and services
Qualifications: --Bachelor higher degree in a field related to Chemical Analysis or pharmaceutical
Analysis, or equivalent combination of education or experience in a customer
service
--Capable of handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
--Utilize knowledge of system and equipment to enhance productivity
--Excellent interpersonal skills and Strong organization ability
--Able to work independently and under pressure
--Can Speak Cantonese and English fluently
Preferred: --Has lab experience of operations of ‘Analytical’ instruments, such as Mass
Spectrometer, Gas Chromatograph, Liquid Chromatograph, etc.

职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
·Responsible for interfacing with customer, sales and/or service representative to
handle variety of pre-sales or post-sales service function.
·Responds to and/or provides assistance to internal customer and Agilent trade
customers in areas such as product or order fulfillment processes, customer service
requests, product changes or returns, delivery notification to customer, application
assistance, accounts receivable.
REQUIREMENTS: ·2 years work experience. 3 to 5 years customer service experience is preferred.
·University education or equivalent.
·Good communication Skill.
·Strong initiative and drive, must be a self starter;
·Customer satisfaction oriented (internal and external);
·Excellent Communication skills in voice or written media, both in English and Chinese.
·Excellent knowledge of PC tools and Microsoft knowledge, experience in SAP an
added advantage.
·Teamwork skills and traveling is required;
·Integrity and able to work under tremendous pressure;
·Good system application knowledge.
·Native / Fluent Japanese Speaking.
