Job Description:
The successful incumbent will manage a team of customer service staff to deliver sales and customer service targets and ensure effective and efficient resolution of customer enquiries and issues.
Responsibility:
1) Managing team performance to achieve performance targets;
2) Providing the first level of customer calls and e-mails escalation, handling customer complaints / feedback promptly and satisfactorily;
3) Performing necessary call monitoring and coaching for staff and identifying key result areas for continuous performance/process improvements;
4) Ensuring that all customer and systems issues are tracked and escalated in line with established procedures;
5) Keeping abreast of the latest developments in customer service website, travel booking system and all other systems and technologies;
6) Compiling necessary management reports and providing feedback on policies, processes and customer issues to our client counterparts.
Requirement:
1) Secondary education or above with at least 3 years’ customer service experience in a supervisory role gained in the travel industry or customer service center;
2) IATA accreditation or certified training in travel management / reservations and ticketing highly preferable;
3) Hands-on knowledge of travel industry codes and overseas travel locations;
4) Proven knowledge of Global Distribution Systems such as Sabre and Amadeus;
5) Good team leadership, customer service attitudes and communications skills;
6) Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
4) 高级应用开发工程师
职位描述:
带领3-10人的开发团队,并按需求、时间、质量等要求完成所参与的开发项目,包括:
1, 负责所参与开发项目的计划制定、执行、跟踪与控制、进度报告;
2, 负责应用系统的需求分析、系统设计和开发;
3, 根据项目需要和开发流程的要求,编写功能规范说明书、概要设计等相关开发文档,审核和保证详细设计的正确性,审核测试计划
和测试用例;
4, 根据客户要求,带领团队开发呼叫中心的各种应用,包括但不限于:
(1)带领团队为运营中的呼叫中心提供支持,包括修补应用程序存在的问题、开发新应 用以满足客户的新需求;
(2)为客户提供各种运营报表;
(3)与客户的业务系统进行集成.
职位要求:
1, 本科或以上学历,计算机、电子信息工程或相关专业优先;
2, 至少4年应用系统开发经验, 及至少1年的项目管理经验;
3, 熟练使用以下至少2种技术进行B/S及C/S应用开发
-Microsoft .Net技术:C#、VB.Net、VC.Net、 ASP.Net

5) HR Officer
Purpose of the Job and Objectives:
As a HR generalist to support the HR related business requirements across functional teams of high-tech business units in the Southern Region.
Responsibilities:
1, Implement staffing and recruitment plans aligned with the business needs;
2, Implement most innovative and effective approaches to attract talent;
3, Implement performance management system to significantly enhance capability, maturity and overall development of the workforce;
3, Co-coordinate all awards and promotion for employees of responsible accounts;
4, Improve employee retention by tracking attrition and understanding the root causes;
5, Increase employee involvement in organizational programs;
6, Conduct periodic staff development needs analysis & employee surveys for line managers to understand the employee satisfaction level and advise for necessary improvement and/or organizational change;
7, Focal contact for any people process related issues of responsible accounts.

Requirements:
1, Bachelor Degree with above 3 years’ experience in HR operations in MNCs and at least 1 year on supervisory position;
2, Proficiency in all employment-related laws and regulations in China;
3, Good leadership, self-motivated, decisive and result-oriented;
4, Strong analytical ability and good business sense;
5, Able to deal effectively with change and conflict, and good planning and organization skills;
6, Good presentation skills, communication skills and fluency in written English and Chinese.
