Provides and sells software and application solutions which deliver business value
to the customer and which best align with and leverage the custome
r’s existing applications environment and IPT Infrastructure within an assigned geography or
set of clients. Proactively identifies and qualifies opportunities to build and manage
a pipeline. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the com-
pany while also partnering closely with peer Account Managers. Accountable for a
specific revenue target (quota) dedicated to specialty applications, software, and
pointofsale services. Maintain and penetrate current customer base, along with
identifying and converting prospective customers. Requires a mature solution
selling approach with an established sales record including software sales exp-
erience. Knowledge and/or experience in a specific market segment or vertical is
a strong plus. Years of software sales experience: 6y10. Product Responsibility:
Software and Software Services. People Management: No. Reports to: Applications

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Primary responsibility will be lead generation through telemarketing activity.
· Responsibility for lead nurturing process
· Will be the point of contact for lead status definitions.
· Reporting on campaign effectiveness, closed loop lead management and tracking
through to closed sale.
· To help evaluate and qualify leads for sales to follow up
· To do all necessary marketing reporting as required by local and HQ management

Qualification and Experience:
· At least 4 years telemarketing/telesales experience and 2 years team leading

through Digital China and its Tier 2 channels. Represents company to distributor
and distributor to company in all salesoriented activities including marketing,
advertising, sales promotions, training, and other resellerrelated support. Ensures
maximum focus on Avaya mid mkt products and services. Works with Digital China
organizations to understand value derived to their business by expanding two
companies’ relationship. Educates and trains on service offers; provides support
to Digital China organization to build value propositions.
