Teleperformance China Wins Jin Tang Prize Design Awards

Beijing/Xi’an, China, January 8th, 2015 – Teleperformance, the global leader in outsourced multichannel customer experience management, today announced that its operations in China have been honored with two Jin Tang Prize Design Awards, which recognize excellency in interior design. The Xi’an office won the China Interior Design Award for the top 10 office designs and the Beijing office was awarded the 2014 Successful Design Award for its design in the reception and dining areas. 


The Jin Tang Prize Design Awards is considered the most authoritative interior design award in China and received nearly 3,000 entries for the awards selection in 2014.  As the biggest annual evaluation and selection of the interior design industry, the awards ceremony attracts active participants from numerous designers around the world, including China, Asia and Europe.

In both our Beijing and Xi’an offices, we’ve designed beautiful spaces that foster creativity, collaboration and well-being using sustainable materials.”


The Beijing office, located in the heart of the Hai Dian District, and the Xi’an location, situated in the Xi’an high-tech industrial zone are both designed with environmentally conscious materials. The tinted glass on the walls, mirrors in the resting areas, maple wood detailing, carpet throughout the offices, and the mineral fiber ceiling are all made from recycled material. The Teleperformance China locations strive to convey a harmonious and humanistic environment for guests to feel relaxed and motivate employees. 


For both locations, the designer cut the office space into six functional parts: reception area, opening office, training area, interview area, executive management office and Leisure & Support.  Vibrant and bold colors were utilized to give the spaces a youthful and fresh feel.  Independent elevators and entrance guard systems were installed within each of the opening spaces, interview areas and executive management offices to control the flow of people and reduce noise pollution.
