Fuel company ExxonMobil has contracted Carlson Marketing to manage customer care operations for its Smiles Driver Rewards program in Malaysia.
Under the deal, Carlson Marketing will increase the capacity of its regional contact center in Kuala Lumpur to 160 seats. The center was opened in March 2008 to serve members of Malaysia Airlines "Enrich" frequent flyer program and is now serving in excess of 4 million customers in four languages across Carlson Marketing clients from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Guam and Saipan.
"This is another showcase of our ability to provide end-to-end Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, whereby we not only drive loyalty program strategy but also deliver customer care operations', said Carlson Marketing's Berlinda Lim.
