At least 14 companies based in Manila's Clark Free Port will offer a total of 3,255 new customer service jobs within the next three months.
Clark Development Corp. (CDC) president Benigno N. Ricafort said most of the job positions available are for customer service representatives and contact center agents. Ricafort said that, based on the report submitted by Bernardo Angeles, Jr., assistant vice-president at the CDC's business development group, Clark firms need more workers to support expansion programs.
The companies have reportedly agreed to join a job fair at the SM City Clark event center this month. Ricafort said coutsourcers NCO Philippines and Sutherland Philippines are hiring 1,000 customer representatives each.
