4PS指标定义(呼叫中心面试轮数):
根据4PS国际标准体系定义,该指标指安排岗位候选人参加招聘选拔的面试次数。根据招聘流程可以包括电话面试、HR面谈,用人部门面试、集体面试等环节。
According to the definition of 4Ps international standard ,This indicator refers to the number of interviews arranged for candidates to participate in recruitment and selection. According to the recruitment process, it can include telephone interview, HR interview, group interview and so on.
指标目的:
规范面试流程,多角度考察、评估应聘者,减低“误招”概率;Standardize interview process, multi-angle inspection, evaluate candidates, reduce the probability of "false recruitment";
影响因素:
因高峰业务量而临时需要增加人力时,往往会减少面试轮数。
When there is a temporary need for additional manpower due to peak volume of business, it tends to reduce the number of rounds of interviews
