The Awards, organized by 51CallCenter in Fujian, is recognized as the Academy Awards of the contact center industry. The Awards’ vision is to promote social awareness of excellent customer service, improve contact center operation management, establish service outsourcing industry standard, and foster the development of the outsourcing contact center industry in mainland China. Members of the judging panel were impressed by PCCW Teleservices’ CCFS which provides an agent with comprehensive information for handling customer inquiries, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and better customer experience.
